All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered.

**Physical Products:**

**Memberships:**
Memberships renew on a month-to-month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us before your next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided once meal plans and workouts are delivered. If you cancel after being billed, your membership will continue until the end of the cycle and then be canceled.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FitNFly Fitness or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
